Tending the Mishkan of Your Heart: From the Creative Workshop on the Wisdom of Adar

Back in February, our guest editor for Issue 12, Or Har-Gil facilitated the event Tending the Mishkan of Your Heart: A Creative Workshop on the Wisdom of Adar.

Those who attended the event were asked "What does the Mishkan of your heart look like?" and proceeded to create an image of theirs.

Below you'll find the Mishkan's of some of the participants' hearts.

If you want to take time out of your day to realize what your inner Mishkan looks like, Har-Gil is sharing questions that will help you bring your vision to life.Ask yourself:

• What does it look like? Feel like? Smell like? Sound like? Taste like?

• How do you want to adorn your inner sanctuary?

• What do you want to place on the altar?

• What needs tending? Where are you holding grief?

• What is the “whisper of knowing” here? What messages does your heart have for you?

• What is your heart’s desire? What do you long to give and to receive?

And if you enjoy a nice ambience while creating and reflecting listen to Har-Gil's playlist from the workshop.
