I am not a Palestinian. I am not an Israeli. I am the product of the forgotten.
The living incarnation of a time when no frontier could trespass us. I am a Canaani.
I am being forced to pick a side.
But I will resist.
I will not SPLIT.
I won’t bow down.
I will resist.
Canaani. I am.
This poem is from a collection called TALE OF A FED UP BLACK ARAB SISTA.
